Cavitation
is a novel solution to the
problem of fat
Cavitation is
the elimination, by means of the
latest scientific methods, of
those unwanted centimetres of
body fat.
Cavitation is
the repeated and controlled
generation of vacuum micro
bubbles in the interior of a
liquid, fluid or physiological
material, followed by their
implosion. This method is able
to break down difficult
localised fat deposits. These
areas are usually resistant to
slimming diets, given their
storage character, and are not
easy to remove either by
exercise or massage. Cavitation
manages to act over these areas
eliminating the fat. It firms
the muscles, moulds the body,
and can produce results in a few
sessions.
With the
energy produced by the
cavitation, the fat in the
tissue breaks down into
glycerine and fatty acids. The
glycerol, which is water-soluble
travels in the circulatory
system and contributes to the
generation of new energy, whilst
the fatty acids, not soluble in
water, go into the liver to be
broken down and later disposed
of. In the HILU MEDICAL CENTRE
we combine cavitation with other
techniques, which facilitate
fast drainage through the
lymphatic system.
Cavitation is
a non-invasive method of
remodelling the body removing
cellulitis and the fat deposits
in abdomen, buttocks, arms and
legs. Because the inactivity of
the patient is not required and
because there are no side
effects or pain, the procedure
is very well accepted and
tolerated.
Photographs of the process of
fat destruction
The physical
principle of cavitation had not
been used in cosmetic medicine
until recently. It produces the
destruction of the fat cell,
with the subsequent
transformation of the fat into a
liquid substance (diglycerides),
which can then be eliminated by
the lymphatic system and the
urine. The fat cells are exposed
to an excess pressure, which
breaks down the membranes
producing their destruction. The
fat contained in them –the
triglycerides- becomes
fragmented into diglycerides,
which can be eliminated in the
urine. By emulsifying the fat,
the physical state of the fat
deposits is changed from solid
to liquid, thus becoming a
substance of easy elimination in
the urine. Before and after
every treatment, a low calorie
diet and the ingestion of at
least two litres of water is
recommended, since water is
essential in the elimination of
fat.
